I had a great city break at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short tube ride away from the city center. The hotel was situated in a quiet residential street, so I had a peaceful stay. The rooms were nicely refurbished and very quiet inside, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also excellent, with a super shower that helped me relax after a long day of exploring.
I did have a couple of minor issues.

We had a wonderful stay with perfect cleanliness, comfortable room, and great hotel facilities. The location was ideal for our needs, only a few minutes away from the underground, making transportation convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a convenient train station in a quiet area of London. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a splendid bathroom. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were provided. The location was in a nice residential area, ensuring safety while walking around. The hotel also included a breakfast with a choice of apple or orange juice or tea.
The cleanliness of the curtains could've been improved slightly.

Had a wonderful stay at W14! Room wassuper clean and cozy with a powerful shower and charging plugs near the bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. When I mentioned the tight staircase, the staff kindly helped me with my suitcase. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was situated in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and tube stations that connect to the central points. The room was neat and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and friendly service. The breakfast was decent and satisfying, with enough options to choose from. The garden area provided a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The hotel lacked a bar and lounge area where guests could interact, and the fire alarm was too loud, disturbing guests' sleep.
